Disciplines

The six desks.

Each service is available on its own. The advantage appears when they are designed as one structure — so the trust, the company, the bank, the brand, and the passport do not quietly fight each other.

01 — Estate Planning

Transfer by design, not by default.

An estate plan is the operating system for what happens when you are unavailable — incapacitated or gone. We treat it as architecture: control, tax, privacy, and family governance in the same drawing.

  • Wills coordinated with existing entities rather than written as if you owned everything personally
  • Revocable living trusts for probate avoidance and continuity of management
  • Irrevocable and dynasty-style trusts where the facts and jurisdiction support them
  • Powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and digital-asset instructions
  • Family-governance memoranda so successors inherit a method, not only assets
  • Beneficiary and fiduciary design that matches the corporate stack

02 — Asset Protection

Separate operating risk from preserved capital.

Asset protection is not a product and it is not concealment. It is the lawful arrangement of ownership so a claim against one activity does not automatically reach everything else. Timing matters: structures built after a claim is visible are far weaker than structures built in calm water.

  • Holding companies above operating entities
  • Charging-order protected vehicles where state law supports them
  • Titling of real property, equipment, and intellectual property into the correct owner
  • Domestic and, where appropriate, foreign trust layers with independent trustees
  • Insurance review so legal structure is not asked to do a carrier’s job
  • Honest assessment of what a court in your home forum is likely to respect

03 — Tax-Advantaged Corporate Architecture

Entities that match how money actually moves.

“Tax-advantaged” means using classifications, elections, treaties, and residency that the law already provides — not inventing a rate. Architecture is the difference between a single LLC that does everything and a stack where operations, IP, and holdings each have a job.

  • Domestic entity selection and redesign (including multi-member and holding structures)
  • Cross-border holding and operating companies where substance and law support them
  • Alignment of management, boards, and beneficial ownership with tax residence
  • Transfer-pricing and intercompany agreements at a level proportionate to the group
  • Coordination with estate and asset-protection layers so the chart is one drawing
  • Exit and sale readiness: clean cap table, clean assignments, clean records

04 — International Banking

Accounts that belong to the structure, not to a habit.

Banks underwrite people and entities. A well-drawn chart without a bank that will hold it is an unfinished plan. We prepare the file, make introductions where we have relationships, and keep expectations realistic: onboarding is slower than marketing suggests, and every serious bank will ask where the money comes from.

  • Operating and reserve accounts matched to each entity
  • Multi-currency and correspondent relationships for cross-border groups
  • Private-bank introductions where the balance sheet justifies them
  • Documentation packs: ownership charts, source of wealth, and compliance files
  • Coordination so a new account does not orphan an old tax or reporting position
  • No assistance with unreported accounts or concealment of beneficial ownership

05 — Trademark / Copyright

Put the name where the value should live.

Founders often incorporate first and register the brand last — in their own name. That is a gift to a future plaintiff and a problem in a sale. We treat marks and copyrights as assets to be cleared, filed, maintained, and assigned into the holding vehicle that should own them.

  • Clearance searches before a public launch or rebrand
  • Trademark filing in home and priority foreign markets
  • Copyright registration for works that justify the cost of enforcement
  • Assignment from founders into the correct company or trust
  • Licensing between IP holdco and operating companies
  • Portfolio calendars: renewals, watch services, and enforcement triage

06 — Immigration Services

Status that fits the tax and the calendar.

A second residency or citizenship pursued without a tax-residence analysis is how people accidentally become dual-resident, or lose a status they thought they had. Immigration work here is coordinated with corporate architecture and physical presence — and executed with licensed immigration counsel in the relevant country.

  • Residence and physical-presence mapping against current tax residence
  • Work, investor, and family-based pathways where they fit the facts
  • Citizenship-by-descent review when lineage is documented
  • Naturalization and long-horizon residency planning
  • Coordination of travel patterns with day-count and treaty positions
  • No sale of “passports” and no coaching to misstate facts to a government
