How the engagement feels

Discreet. Coordinated. Documented.

One briefing, not six retainers colliding

Estate counsel, corporate architecture, banking introductions, IP filings, and immigration strategy are sequenced so one filing does not quietly break another.

Legal first. Marketing never.

We do not sell “zero-tax miracles.” We design structures that are defensible under current law, with licensed partners in each jurisdiction where a license is required.

You leave with a map

Entity chart, ownership, banking, IP ownership, and personal status — in one place. The point of Full Spectrum is that the pieces finally talk to each other.

Confidential by default

Private-client work is quiet. Files are need-to-know. Introductions are made only with consent. Public case studies are never a condition of working together.

From the desk

What clients typically remark on.

“The value was not a single document. It was watching the trust, the holding company, and the bank account stop contradicting each other.”

Private clientOperating company + family assets

“Immigration was treated as part of the tax-residence question, not a separate adventure. That alone saved a year of cleanup.”

FounderCross-border operating group

“They made us register the brand in the holding company before the next raise. Obvious in hindsight. Almost nobody insists on it.”

Questions

Before the first call.

No. Full Spectrum Dynamics coordinates architecture and specialist work. Where a jurisdiction requires a licensed attorney, CPA, enrolled agent, or immigration practitioner, that work is performed by licensed professionals. We design the map; licensed partners execute the filings that require a license.
No responsible firm can. Tax outcomes depend on residence, source of income, entity classification, treaties, and facts that change. We design tax-advantaged architecture that is legal on current law. We will not promise a rate in a headline.
Anyone looking to hide income, evade reporting, or buy a structure off a menu without disclosing facts. Also a poor fit for clients who want the cheapest filing rather than a coherent plan.
A confidential briefing. You describe the current map — entities, banks, family, citizenships, IP. We identify collisions and a proportional next step. No structure is sold on the call.
No. Pathway I exists for operators who need a clean foundation before complexity is justified. Pathway IV is reserved for multi-generational work. The consultation is how we tell the difference.

Private briefing

Begin with the map you already have.

Bring the entities, the banks, the passports, and the brand. We will tell you what is coherent — and what is quietly at risk.
